Oh I have always wanted to be a Chloé girl; so fresh faced, such perfect skin and hair and eyebrows, oh my!
Ok well some things are out of my control (like all of the above) BUT I can take some style inspiration from the AW15 catwalk which was 70's and ethereal and boho and slightly Ralph Lauren-esque and most of all extremely wearable!
The Chloé Chick is staying true to herself this season and playing it safe, the great thing is, anyone can get a piece of it as I'm sure it will be the most emulated look on the high street for the season.
There are key styling accessories that can be easily incorporated into your summer wardrobe to get you ahead of the posse for AW15! So, what should a wannabe Chloé girl be investing in now? A skinny scarf...flowy blouse...waistcoat... pretty plunging silk lace trim dresses... printed Maxi... skinny tan belts (to wear over everything)...shearling (cos it's Ireland and its COLD!) and tan boots!
Yes It's very seventies but that's what Chloé does best! It's all about mixing textures and fabrics, lace with silk, velvet with shearling, wool with snakeskin (I wonder how Stella feels about that!).
Primark seem to be have been hugely influenced by the collection, their AW15 campaign is full of boho dresses, long a-line skirts, lace trims and neckties.
Zara have also taken some styling tips from the Chloé runway and River Island have always embraced the 70's trend for AW.
So who's already stocking some of the key looks from the collection in their first drops for AW15..see below!
Zara have this fab floaty printed maxi, a great transitional piece, wear with boots for AW, waistcoat and necktie for the full effect
